Amber Liadan, a New-Indie Pop-Folk Irish-South African artist. A lyrical genius and an all-powerful vocalist transfixing the hearts of her fans and followers. Amber Liadan is a performer who shapes songs that resonate with the heart and soul.

Daughter of Vocalist Heather Mac and Lead guitarist Tim Parr, members of famous 80’s band: Ella Mental.

Qualified teacher in Speech and Drama, her passion for Theatre, shows in her live performances - Captivating and immersive.

Having Studied Gamelan and vocal performance at the Indonesian Institute of Arts, Yogyakarta (Institute Seni Indonesia Yogyakarta). Together with other students from ISI, she produced a performance piece for 'The world’s fraternity and peace through the beauty of culture on “Purnama Seruling Penataran” International Performance Festival'.

Amber Liadan has toured with Heather Mac in South Africa, for the Grahamstown National Arts Festival and Fleur du Cap Awards Ceremony.

In 2015 She moved to Ireland, busking Sundays at the People’s Park, Grafton Street and playing Monday nights at the Gilbert and Wright in Dun Laoghaire.

Later that year, she moved to London and began performing in West London, Kingston town and a regular at local open mics, where she met Producer Glenn Keiles.

Following regular sessions in the studio, in 2017 she released her album ‘Warrior’.

Performing Regularly around the West Midlands, in 2023, Amber Liadan captured the hearts of the locals supporting the Shipston Proms Introducing Competition and went home a Winner. Later opening the main stage for the final evening for the Shipston Proms Music Festival July 1st, 2023.

Her New Single 'In Your Arms' dropped on the 1st of December 2023 and streamed on BBC introducing.

January 2024 started with a bang with her debut Sofar Sounds performances at the x+why Foundry, in Birmingham.

The Band

Phillip Moffet

Phil Moffet is a sonic wizard, a true innovator of the guitar as an instrument. Using both hands simultaneously to create a bassline, melody, harmonics and percussive rhythmic embellishments on the guitar body. He studied contemporary music at SAMI (South African Music Institute) and Classical at Rhodes University. He has been performing LIVE for 16 years including being the support act for Dan Patlansky, Ard Matthews, Tidal Waves and Majozi. He is fascinated with how limitless the acoustic guitar is, in terms of reinventing the application of the instrument. “You can produce so many different sounds by treating the guitar as if it were not a guitar.” He is focused on studying and composing further and integrating his discoveries into collaborative projects.

Carol Whitworth

Born to Chinese/Jamaican and English parents, Carol spent her formative years growing up in the countryside near Shotover in Oxfordshire. An accomplished singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, her early influences include Nick Drake, Joni Mitchell, Bert Jansch, John Martyn, and The Beatles, with inspiration drawn from the surrounding countryside and the nearby Shotover estate.

Christian Eugster

Christian Eugter was born and raised in Zurich, Switzerland and grew up in a multi-cultural family. He encountered music as a toddler and began to understand music as a language. He developed a passion for music and learnt his skills by listening. The influence of his father, who was a self-taught professional drummer working in South African and Europe was particularly formative. In 2020 Christian was eager to understand further extent of the “Drumming Universe” and took his playing to the next level. He subsequently had the opportunity to play in various Swiss based bands and gained live studio experience in Germany and the UK.
